Qwyk-Plan was perceived and came into focus from experiences as a schoolteacher for several years. In addition to personally teaching, my wife (since deceased) and many of her friends were schoolteachers too. One thing in common with them and me was that the Principal required a weekly lesson plan that was broken down in daily and hourly detailed description of the course of instruction or “learning trajectory” for a lesson.
A daily lesson plan is developed by a teacher to guide class learning. Many, if not most, Principal need a lesson plan for the next week be completed and made available on Friday (or last day of school for the week) prior to a teacher leaving school grounds. Some do allow Monday morning delivery but, in any case, a lesson plan is necessary.
